Tasha – Lettings Manager
As Lettings Manager at Birchills Estate Agents, I’m passionate about property and committed to helping landlords get the very best from their investments. I understand that letting a property is about much more than simply finding someone to rent it; it’s about achieving the right rental price, securing a reliable and suitable tenant, and giving landlords the confidence that their property is in good hands.
I take pride in understanding each landlord’s individual needs and providing honest, practical advice on how to maximise their property’s rental potential. From establishing the right asking rent and marketing a property effectively to matching it with the right tenant, I believe that attention to detail, clear communication and a proactive approach make all the difference.
Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants is at the heart of what I do. I recognise that every property and every client is different, so I take the time to understand what matters most to each person. My aim is to make the lettings process as straightforward and stress-free as possible, while ensuring landlords feel informed, supported and confident throughout.
Working in the fast-paced property market is something I genuinely enjoy. I bring energy, enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to my role, always looking for opportunities to deliver excellent service, achieve strong results and help our lettings department continue to grow.
Having grown up in the beautiful Cotswolds, I developed an early appreciation for the importance of finding the right home and the community that comes with it. Outside of work, I love travelling and exploring different cultures, meeting new people and discovering new places. These experiences have broadened my perspective and reinforced my belief that great service starts with understanding people and what matters to them.
