About Me
I’m delighted to be part of the Birchills Estate Agents team in Leytonstone, where I’m able to combine my passion for property with my previous experience in surveying. My background has given me a strong understanding of property, a keen eye for detail, and a practical approach when assessing homes and supporting clients throughout the moving process.
One of the things I enjoy most about working in estate agency is the opportunity to help people at such an important stage in their lives. Whether someone is looking for their next home, moving to a new area, or simply exploring their options, I always aim to make the experience as smooth, straightforward and positive as possible. I understand that moving can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming, so I believe in being approachable, clear and supportive from the very beginning.
I’m naturally bubbly, friendly and personable, and I enjoy building genuine relationships with the people I work with. For me, a good estate agency is not just about property — it is about understanding people, listening to what they are looking for and helping them feel confident throughout the process. I always try to communicate openly, keep clients informed and create an experience that feels professional without ever feeling impersonal.
My surveying experience has also helped me develop a strong appreciation for the finer details of a property, from its layout and condition to its overall potential. I enjoy being able to bring that knowledge into my role and use it alongside a customer-focused approach to help buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants make informed decisions.
Outside of work, I’m a big football fan and a real foodie. I love trying new restaurants, discovering different cuisines and experimenting with new recipes at home. Cooking is something I really enjoy, especially when I can try something new and share it with friends and family.
Overall, I’m passionate about property, people and providing a genuinely helpful service. I’m proud to be part of the Birchills team and look forward to continuing to help clients across Leytonstone and the surrounding areas with their property journey.
